Ghost Chiles, Trinidad Maruga Scorpion Peppers, Carolina Reapers, Red Savinas, Naga Vipers, 7pots, Devil'l Tongues, Thai Dragons and more are grown organically from seed in the fertile Wisconsin soil.

GHOST VALLEY HOT SAUCES

Eric Slavens, owner of Ghost Valley Farms, started in Middleton, Wisconsin with a friend over their shared love of really hot and spicy pepper sauces. Filling a local need, he now grows a variety of unique flavored colorful hot peppers on his farm in Mazomanie, WI. An experienced chef, Slavens creates spicy, flavorful hot sauces and pepper products.
